The College
Devineni Venkata Ramana & Dr. Hima Sekhar MIC College of Technology was established in the year 2002 with an aim of Transforming it into a Global Learning Center. The college was started by Dr.M.V.Ramana Rao, a Doctorate in Electronics Engineering, recipient of number of state & National awards for his innovations in Research & Development and Managing Director of MIC Electronics Ltd, Hyderabad.
The College is located in 30 acres of tranquil and fully landscaped environment of NH9 near Kanchikacherla, Krishna District, 35 km from the city of Vijayawada. The college is one among the top ranking engineering colleges in AP, celebrating 10th year of excellence in shaping careers in Engineering and nurturing fully humane individuals in the service of the Nation.
The college is affiliated to JNTUK, Kakinada and approved by the AICTE, New Delhi. In recognition of the quality being maintained in disseminating the technical knowledge with practical orientation, true to its motto of "Symbiosis between Industry and Institution", the college was awarded ISO 9001:2008 certificate by TUV South Asia.
